As part of continuing effort to highlight milestones in section history, the 50th Anniversary Committee wishes to celebrate the formation of the American Board of Forensic Anthropology on February 14, 1977. The first President to serve was Ellis Kerley, with Clyde Snow serving as Vice President, Steve Rosen as Secretary, and Gerry Snyder as Treasurer in the inaugural year.
The 50th Anniversary Committee encourages section members to go through their musty old closets and locate any photos that would be of historical interest for our 2022 celebration. Please submit discoveries to John Williams, Committee Chair at firstname.lastname@example.org.
