Interest in the International Education Outreach Program (IEOP) for 2018 Destination Cuba remains high and current registration numbers indicate this will be among the best attended in IEOP history!

I’m sure you’ve heard recent news concerning the changes to United States-Cuba regulations. I wanted to assure you that the trip will not be affected as people-to-people travel remains legal and by traveling with Cuba Educational Travel (CET), an authorized travel operator, the program is compliant under the updated regulations. Rest assured that we are moving forward with the trip! Rather, the takeaway from the announcement is that individual travel to Cuba without a compliant travel operator like CET is no longer permitted.

You will find a press release from CET President Collin Laverty at this LINK. It has been featured in publications such as USA Today, Miami Herald, Los Angeles Times, and more. Additional updates will be posted as they are received.
