AAFS Section Business Meetings – Invitations Sent

All registrants of the AAFS Annual Scientific Meeting are starting to receive the link to the Section Business Meetings. The Section Business Meetings will be held via Zoom. The links provided are for attendees only and may not be forwarded or shared with anyone other than the attendee. As a reminder, the email invitation is being sent to the email address you provided on your meeting registration. If you do not receive the email invitation by Friday evening, February 5, please check your spam folder. If you are a speaker at your Section Business Meeting, you will receive a separate invitation inviting you to be a panelist. This invitation should be going out Thursday evening, February 4.

Voting members are encouraged to attend both the Section Business Meetings and Academy-wide Annual Business Meeting as quorums are required to conduct AAFS business. A separate email invitation will be sent shortly for attendance at the Academy-wide Annual Business Meeting (scheduled for Wednesday, February 17, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time).
