The publishing deadline for the AAFS 2018 Advance Program is fast approaching. Before we go to print, we would like you to consider whether or not you prefer a hard copy of the publication to be mailed to you. All program information will be available on the AAFS website the first week of November at which time you may access the calendar of events, all session descriptions, and registration information. The website is updated as changes occur and will always provide you with the most up-to-date meeting information. If you prefer to opt out of the Advance Program hard copy, please update your “Communication Preferences” in your account portal. It’s easy to do by following these steps:
- Log into your AAFS Account Portal.
- Under “My Communication Preferences,” select the “Go Green Options” Edit button.
- Check the AAFS Advance Program box.
- Click Save.
Although the deadline states October 15, we will accept updates through November 1.
All meeting attendees will receive a printed version of the final Program when picking up their registration packets once onsite in Seattle.
