On July 17, 2017, the Board of Directors notified the membership that the AAFS Synthetic Opioid Ad Hoc Committee had submitted a committee report and a proposed position statement for consideration by the Board of Directors concerning access to naloxone by first responders and forensic service providers for inadvertent exposure to opioids at the worksite. A short survey providing the opportunity for member input on the proposed statement was available until July 31, 2017. A compilation of the survey responses, including comments, is provided here.
