The Center for Forensic Sciences is seeking a Research Forensic Scientist to provide input and guide the development of policy and training for the translation and adoption of evidence-based practices across multiple forensic disciplines. The successful candidate will use their engagement in professional networks and expertise to ensure established theories, concepts, and techniques are being employed to develop policy recommendations and training curricula specific to forensic projects.

The Center for Forensic Sciences is involved in developing innovative approaches and solutions to emerging issues faced by laboratory practitioners, law enforcement agencies, public health, and policymakers. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of forensic experts crossing all disciplines and may be expected to contribute to curricula development, evaluations, publications, presentations, and professional meetings.
