2021 Annual Meeting Registration Reopened

Great news! If you were unable to participate in the 2021 annual meeting in February, registration has reopened. The only sessions that will not be available are LIVE sessions (workshops, plenary, annual business meeting, keynote addresses, and student academy). The online registration system requires payment with a credit or debit card. To register, log into your AAFS account portal. You may view sessions until May 20

Registration rates are provided below:

AAFS Members, Trainee Affiliates, and Applicants*- $225

AAFS Student Affiliates** – $90

AAFS Retired Fellows – $0

Non-Members – $350

Non-Member Students*** – $140

 

* To secure the Applicant registration rate, the registrant must have submitted a completed application by the application deadline.

** The AAFS Student Affiliate rate is honored for current AAFS Student Affiliates as well as applicants for Student Affiliate status with a completed application under consideration at the 2021 AAFS Annual Scientific Meeting. Those with incomplete applications must register at the Non-Member Student rate.

*** Non-Member Students will be required to submit an official Verification of Enrollment verifying enrollment at the time of the Annual Scientific Meeting (February 2021).
