For those of you in the General Section who are in need of credit toward promotion from Associate Member to Member, we have an opportunity for you to serve as a moderator for the 2021 Annual Meeting to be held virtually February 17–19, 2021.
We need moderators to serve during session blocks on one of those days during our scientific session. Moderating virtually will be easy, and don’t forget that you can add it to your resume or CV! You can still get credit for your virtual service!
We still have some spots available for those interested in the chance to moderate. If you are willing to help with moderating, please contact Kimberlee Moran, General Section Program Co-Chair, at email@example.com by October 26. Please include your name and day(s) of availability for the Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday sessions.
We will have moderators serve during blocks of time on those days during our scientific session. The session times may vary this year due to the virtual format, but you can choose morning or afternoon!
We know some of you volunteered to moderate at the Anaheim meeting, but now that we are closer to the time, we need to confirm you are still willing to moderate. For all previous and new volunteers, we would like to know the following specific information:
- Preferred date and morning or afternoon
- Any time you cannot moderate
- Current membership status
- If you know you need this for promotion, please let us know that as well
- Best contact phone number and email during the 2021 meeting
