Historically, August 1 was the deadline for AAFS abstract submissions. That is no longer the case. The deadline is now September 1. The submission process is new as well. You can find submission guidelines HERE. At the bottom of that page is the link to the online abstract submission system.

Another deadline to be aware of is the October 1 deadline to submit an application for promotion to the next level within the AAFS. Click HERE for membership information and promotion requirements. Scroll to the bottom of the page to select the level you wish to apply for.
